Apartment water pipe leak causes damage

This downtown Madison Wi apartment building experienced a water damage when a water pipe under the sink began to leak. This apartment was on the third floor and went unnoticed while the tennant was out. Water leaked throughout the apartment and began to leak into the apartment directly below.
