Flooded Basement in Madison

This Madison WI basement became flooded when storm water came in from one of the windows. SERVPRO of Madison North & East was called in to do the mitigation. Our trained professionals within hours of the call were able to extract the standing water, set up industrial size dehumidifiers and fans, clear the room of this family's belongings to protect against damage and remove some of the base trim so adequate ventilation can occur.During the next couple days, our crew were able to provide this family with the status on how things were progressing with the help of our moisture checks and state of the art equipment.
